Ledger.com/start is the official starting point for managing Ledger® hardware wallets and accessing Ledger Live App. Through this portal, users can set up their Ledger® devices, manage cryptocurrencies, and connect to the Ledger® Exchange. The platform provides a secure environment for all digital asset transactions, ensuring your private keys never leave your device.
To get started, download the Ledger Live App for your desktop or mobile device. Ledger Live App allows you to manage assets, view balances, stake supported tokens, and trade through Ledger® Exchange securely.
To access your Ledger® account, navigate to Ledger.com/start and connect your Ledger® device. Ledger® uses PIN codes and a 24-word recovery phrase for authentication. Unlike conventional web logins, Ledger® does not rely on online passwords, offering enhanced security.
If you experience login issues, ensure your device firmware is up-to-date, the Ledger Live App is current, and your recovery phrase is correctly entered. Visit the Ledger® Help Center for guidance.
Login problems can result from outdated app versions, incorrect PIN, or device connection issues. Restart the app, check your USB connection, or reinstall Ledger Live App if needed.
Connection errors may occur due to USB issues, firewall restrictions, or outdated firmware. Try a different USB port, update firmware, and ensure firewall allows Ledger Live connectivity.
If the Ledger® app crashes, freezes, or fails to load, update it to the latest version, clear cache, or reinstall. Refer to the Ledger® Help Center for detailed troubleshooting steps.
Verification issues arise if firmware or Ledger Live App is outdated, or the recovery phrase is incorrect. Proper verification is essential to prevent declined transactions or errors.
If you lose access to Two-Factor Authentication, follow the instructions in the Ledger® Support Center to reset 2FA using your recovery phrase.
Use your 24-word recovery phrase to restore your Ledger® account on a new or reset device. Recovery without the phrase is impossible.
